We believe that sport and physical activity has the ability to reach out to all of our communities and create a sense of belonging and pride in where we live.  It has a unique power to motivate and inspire and through working with our many partners our challenge is to create the opportunity for everyone to achieve a little bit more, aim a little bit higher and go a little bit further.

We believe the Community Games provides an excellent opportunity for communities of all ages, abilities, and interests to come together to experience something new and bring the spirit of London 2012 right into the heart of their community. The Community Games will provide a great opportunity to take part in, or be part of both sporting and cultural activities, offering something for everyone.
